How do we move forward and reconcile the constitutional protections for speech with contemporary and social challenges? Join Aurora University as distinguished panelists discuss the relationship between the First Amendment to government and the free press. Panelists include: Mike Lawrence: Former Director of the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute at Southern Illinois University and Press Secretary and Senior Policy Adviser to Governor Jim Edgar Kerry Lester: Columnist, Senior Writer and former Political Editor at the Daily Herald Matthew Dabros: Assistant Professor of Political Science and Public Policy at Aurora University Tom Cross Executive Director of the Institute for Collaboration at Aurora University
