Nonprofit Leadership Institute
Description
Learn how to navigate through change and hear stories of successful organizations that worked through the change process. This session will help you explore and apply a popular theory of change to your organization and begin to develop a plan to successfully implement change. By the end of the event, you will have several new ideas to help manifest change in your nonprofit.
