Newly Established Core Values Drive Decision Making and Shape Culture
Core values are an often overlooked tool in the toolbox of business and organizational development. The Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce, like so many businesses across the world, has been in a time of transition and reflection over the past 6 months, and for us, over the past year. Our board of directors felt it important to reflect on our values and make sure they represent the chamber we want to be for our members and the culture that our members have helped to create.
After careful thought and discussion... we are excited to unveil our newly adopted core values.
