These sessions will feature a range of local speakers\, offering insights and expertise on various business-related topics.\n\n\n\nAttendees will enjoy complimentary lunch and refreshments during these informative sessions\, designed to foster learning and networking opportunities within the business community.\n\n \n\nWorkplace Diversity: Diverse Personalities in the Workplace \n\nSpeaker Dr. Reginald Gardner will discuss organization productivity and efficiency considerations surrounding the integration of four personality types into the workplace. \n\n\n\nParticipants will:\n\n\n	Understand the four basic personality types. \n	Focus on these personality types in workplace dynamics.\n	Consider professional career fits for each personality type.\n	Learn about assessments that can help with understanding personalities in the work environment. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Dr. Reginald Gardner\n\nPresident & CEO of Gardner Synergy Logistics LLC\n\nDr. Gardner is committed to integrity\, and organization success through collaboration and relationship building.
