Join the 2010 Fox Valley United Way Festival of Trees
 
The Fox Valley United Way Festival of Trees, sponsored by Westfield Fox Valley Mall, will be a two week extravaganza to kick-off the holiday season.  The major attraction to the Festival will be the brilliant display of holiday trees available through the sale of $5 raffle tickets.  Proceeds from the Westfield Fox Valley Festival of Trees will benefit this Community through Fox Valley United Way.  Shoppers may “bid” on the trees by purchasing raffle tickets and depositing their ticket in the box at the tree they wish to win.  Trees will be on display beginning Black Friday, November 27^ththrough December 10^th.  Winners will be drawn at the Westfield Fox Valley check presentation to Fox Valley United Way on December 10^th.
 
Local Businesses, Community Groups and those who have a knack for holiday crafting, are invited to share their enthusiasm by decorating a tree to display at Westfield Fox Valley.  This is a great “promotional opportunity” with an expected crowd of over 500,000 visitors during the display period.  Exposure at this high quality, community-wide event lends good-will towards businesses while offering exposure to holiday shoppers in a festive environment.
 
It’s Easy to Participate!
Simply go to link listed below to print off participation form and Decorating Requirements, forward per the directions.  We will assign a location for your tree to be displayed and provide shoppers with a map to locate & bid on the tree.  As a Festival participant, you are responsible for the tree, all decorations, material and labor required to adorn your tree.  (In order to obtain the proper tax deduction, please contact your tax accountant.)  Decorated displays become the property of the Festival beneficiary, Fox Valley United Way.
