EMERGING LEADER INSTITUTE!

The Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Waubonsee Community College, is proud to announce the launch of a brand new leadership session... Emerging Leader Institute!

Do you know colleagues who are promising early-career professionals or are you just beginning to lead and think strategically in your chosen profession?

Emerging Leader Institute (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind approach to early-career leadership development and personal growth. Understanding that effective leaders come in a variety of forms, this program is designed to identify, engage, and mentor talented early-career members who have the disposition to lead and are interested in future roles within their chosen profession.

Emerging Leader Institute will help take super workers to supervisors with 24 hours of facilitated coursework. This program will focus on essentials for emerging leaders including basic management/leadership principles and practices as well as core skills necessary to communicate effectively, think strategically, build positive yet productive teams, deliver great service, and ultimately lead successfully.
