Workplace Diversity: Diverse Personalities in the Workplace
Speaker Dr. Reginald Gardner will discuss organization productivity and efficiency considerations surrounding the integration of four personality types into the workplace.
Participants will:
- Understand the four basic personality types.
- Focus on these personality types in workplace dynamics.
- Consider professional career fits for each personality type.
- Learn about assessments that can help with understanding personalities in the work environment.
About Dr. Reginald Gardner
