Friday, September 6 (8:30–11:30 a.m.): Orientation at the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce Office

Fridays, September 13–November 15 (8:30–11:30 a.m.): 10 weeks of site-based field trips to learn about major organizations in the community and hear from their leaders about leaderships. (See Description for details.)

Friday, November 22: Graduation

Location

Orientation is held at Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce (43 W. Galena Blvd., Aurora)

The rest of the 10 weeks will be at specified locations around Aurora. (See Description for details.)

Fees/Admission

$800 for members; $950 for future (non) members

The fee covers the full 11-week program and materials.
Members should log in to register.

Graduation Sponsorships Available

Leadership Executive ($750): Includes a table for eight (8) at the Graduation; opportunity to provide 50 promotional items for attendees at tables; opportunity to include promotional items for 20 graduate bags; and marketing recognition at the event and on our social platforms
Leadership Management ($500): Includes four (4) tickers for the Graduation; opportunity to include promotional items for 20 graduate bags; and marketing recognition at the event and on our social platforms
Leadership Super Worker ($250): Includes two (2) tickets for the Graduation; opportunity to include promotional items for 20 graduate bags; and marketing recognition at the event and on our social platforms

Two (2) Academy Alumni will be welcomed back to Leadership Academy, this time as a mentor at no cost. If you are interested in this unique opportunity, learn more about mentoring and apply today to be considered!

Leadership Academy Mentors will have the opportunity to:

Attend the 2024 Leadership Academy Sessions.
Network with current participants and help expand their networks.
Help participants maximize the benefits from the program.
Speak to the class of current participants.

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

We welcome experienced middle and senior managers to join... Leadership Academy!

This fieldtrip-based, case-study model course meets for 11 consecutive Friday mornings, from 8:30–11:30 a.m., from September 6 through November 15.

Orientation takes place on September 6 at the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce. For the next 10 weeks, the group will be visiting more than 10 locations to learn about major organizations in the community and hear their leaders speak about leadership.

The program will focus on: 

Learning about the Aurora region
Learning about "servant leadership"
