The Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce, Aurora Downtown, the Quad County African American Chamber and Aurora Hispanic Chamber will host a Candidates’ Forum for City Council candidates on Tuesday, April 2, at Waubonsee Community College’s downtown Aurora campus. The event begins with coffee and informal introductions at 7:30 a.m. followed by questions from the business community at 8:00 a.m. The event will conclude by 9:30 a.m.  The format at 8:00 that morning is a two-minute introduction from those participating followed by questions posed by a moderator to the candidates. While all candidates on the ballot are being invited, the questions will be posed to those candidates in contested races. Candidates will have two minutes to respond to the question.
