Description
Instead of asking for a budget each year that is a percentage above what you were granted last year, learn how to ask for what you really need and explain why you need it. Aligning HR priorities to the strategic priorities for the corporation and explaining the assumptions for your budget request will go a long way. This workshop will teach you how to do this. Participants are invited to bring in their company's strategic priorities to get help in aligning their budget with these priorities. 1.5 SHRM CPDs are available for those attending the session.
