We invite you to attend the City of Aurora's official ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the historic Terminal Building renovation into the new Lofts On Broadway!
The newly renovated building offers mixed-uses; move-in ready commercial space along the ground floor and 20 luxury apartments spaced across the upper floors. This renovation will revitalize Broadway and the Downtown by bringing in new life after over 60 years of full or partial vacancy.
During the ceremony, the City will share the plans for activating the first-floor commercial space.
