Disney Choo Choo Soul LIVE in CONCERT
Description
Rebuilding Together Aurora is pleased to announce that their charity concert series will continue on Sunday, September 12, 2010 with Disney’s Choo Choo Soul live at East Aurora High School's state of the art auditorium.
Winner of a Parent’s Choice Award for children’s television, Choo-Choo Soul with Genevieve offers hip, soulful renditions of the ABCs and 1-2-3s for the pre-school set. This in-concert extension of the TV series features train conductor Genevieve and her beatboxing, breakdancing engineer DC performing many of the popular songs from the show.
Rebuilding Together Aurora is a non-profit organization that provides free home repair services for senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, and low-income families residing in owner-occupied homes in Aurora. Repairs are provided by local skilled and unskilled volunteers in a grassroots effort to preserve affordable homeownership for Aurora’s low-income population. Annually, about 50-60 low-income families are served through Rebuilding Together Aurora?s efforts. All of the proceeds from this event will go to support Rebuilding Together Aurora.
Tickets for the show range from $15-$25. They can be purchased at www.ticketweb.com. Further information can be found at www.rebuildingtogetheraurora.com
