DOCTOR OF EDUCATION PROGRAM STRANDS: LEADERSHIP IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION (Superintendent Endorsement) Prepare for superintendent or other high-level PK–12 positions. Program features new ISBE standards for superintendent endorsement. LEADERSHIP IN CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION Prepare for work in district K–12 curriculum leadership. LEADERSHIP IN ADULT LEARNING AND HIGHER EDUCATION Prepare for roles in higher education administration, corporate settings or teaching at the community college or university level.
