Waubonsee Community College and Insight Property Services have teamed up to offer you two Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certifications during one training course!

• BPI Building Analysts Professional: qualifies you to test homes and make recommendations on how to improve home performance and energy efficiency
• Building Envelope Professionals: qualifies you to provide comfort and efficiency retrofit services for the homeowner

This training course can benefit:
Home inspectors
HVAC professionals
Remodeling contractors
Insulation professionals
General contractors
Home builders

Topics include:
Residential building systems
Latest building science technology
Energy performance evaluation
Solving heating, cooling and leakage problems
Whole-house diagnostic procedure

Details and Registration
Choose either of the classes below:

• September 30, October 1, 2, 7, 8, and 9, 2010
  OR
• November 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, and 20, 2010

All classes meet from 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Waubonsee’s Aurora Campus. The cost of $2,495 per person includes all course materials, refreshments, and written and field exams for both certifications.
