Description

Potential new and returning members are invited to an information meeting and open house to hear plans for the 2012-13 Season of the Fox Valley Festival Chorus.  In addition to performing a number of concerts in this area, the Chorus has been invited to perform in Carnegie Hall on Memorial Day 2013. An even more special part of this experience will be performing under the direction of John Rutter, as he leads the group in performing his own composition, "Requiem." 

 In addition to hearing about the Chorus itself, the regular season, and the Carnegie Hall season, potential members will have the opportunity to meet Mary Beth McCarthy, the director; members of the Board of Directors; as well as other members of the Chorus.  The Fox Valley Festival Chorus has been performing in the area for over 50 years.  Members come from all areas of Kane, Kendall and DuPage Counties.
