Join us at Weston Bridges for an on-site tour! We are a private pay, independent apartment community for high-functioning adults with cognitive, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, opening this summer in Aurora! Our residents will live an independent lifestyle, with support from our staff of social workers, resident support coaches and activity aides. Together, our team will help our residents find gainful employment, satisfying volunteer opportunities, and/or enroll in post-secondary coursework. By providing transportation to/from these commitments, as well as to grocery stores, local events, and other personal errands, we help our residents become an active part of the world around them! In addition, our on-campus clubs and activities encourage them to be social and form life-long true friendships. Together, we help our residents live their best lives.
