Description
This basic prenatal class for expectant parents gives information on prenatal care, physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, healthy eating, physical activity, common discomforts of pregnancy, things to avoid, signs of preterm labor and warning signs of pregnancy. Basic information on labor, delivery, postpartum, and a baby bath demonstration are included.
We recommend that expectant couples register in the first trimester of pregnancy and attend this introductory prenatal class during the 2nd trimester but you may attend earlier or later if desired
