Description
Presenter: Sharon Gilbert, MS LCPC
This workshop will include a brief overview of the factors that feed into self esteem, then examine how those factors go astray during times of stress and hardship. Participants will be able to share ideas, have hands-on interaction and discuss strategies for coping with the stress of unemployment. This is a practical, yet insightful approach to dealing with unemployment from which participants will be able to take away useful and applicable techniques. Free for all job seekers.
