Don’t cook over a “hot” oven – visit four iconic Chicagoland bakeries to bring sweet treats home. Learn the story of the bakeries, sample their iconic specialties; and discover the history and traditions of a few favorite cookies, apple pie, doughnuts and cupcakes. Tour includes transportation, guided tour, tasting samples and lunch. This unique experience begins with a special 90-minute behind-the-scenes tour of Labriola Baking Company. Participants will have personal shopping time at each bakery. Adult program, register early as seats are limited. Reservations accepted through September 9.
