This presentation will explore legal compliance and risk management issues impacting not-for-profit businesses with open discussion and questions available. 



The Presenter:

Eric is a shareholder and trial attorney at Johnson & Bell, Ltd., one of the Midwest's premier full-service law firms. His practice concentrates on counseling and representing international, national and local businesses and individuals in a variety of transactional and litigated matters in state and federal court.
 
He is also a board member and past vice president of the Illinois Chapter of The National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators, a national, non-profit insurance organization.  










The Not for Profit Alliance promotes the development of not-for-profit member organizations through professional development, exchange of ideas, information and partnerships. Workshops and/or seminars focusing on the needs of not-for-profit organizations and special events are offered throughout the year.
