A skilled Board of Directors is the backbone that gives the CEO and its team support. Building your board is an art that is imperative to learn- to develop and grow a strong organization. Strong supportive board members can make your organization rise, while apathetic toxic members can bring down even the most excited volunteer. This presentation will help you develop the matrix and skills needed to recruit and retain successful board member.
