Julie Proscia, Partner, SmithAmundsen, LLC will share and discusses Legal Issues & Managing Volunteers.
Volunteers are a critical part of most if not all non-profit organizations. Non-profit volunteer work forces help run events, sponsor activities and assist in the administration of the programs. While volunteers are invaluable they also pose legal challenges that can make them a liability to an organization.
This presentation will discuss the legal issues non-profits must be aware of when working with volunteers.
