We’ve combined three of our favorite things into one fun event – paddling, biking and beer! And we’re holding them in three cities! Beloit, WI – Rockford, IL – Aurora, IL with each event  benefiting developments of bike paths or bike programs in each community.

The Aurora and Beloit events will benefit a community initiative by Be Active Outdoors to establish a Surrey Bike Rental in the city center and riverfront of both communities.

Paddle, Pedal and Pints is a fun, non-competitive event for all abilities that starts on the water and ends in a local pub. It’s close to Halloween, so costumes are encouraged, but optional – earn a free pint of beer for wearing a costume!

Paddle - paddle a kayak or canoe on the river (less than 1 hour paddle). Boat rental included in regular registration, or save $10 when you bring your own boat.

Pedal – After getting off the river, grab your bike and head out on either a 6 mile or 11 mile ride, with a few surprises along the way.

Pints – Roll back to the river on your bike, then kick back and enjoy a Free pint of beer at at our pub partners! Stay to socialize and enjoy food & drink specials.

Price – $40 per person or $70 for 2-person team – single or tandem kayak, canoe. Registration Includes kayak rental with PFD & paddle, Free pint of beer. Get a bonus pint of beer if you come in costume!
