Description
Take a walk on Naperville’s East Side, along the Burlington Northern Santa Fe rail line and immediate neighborhood, during the Railroad Ramble Walking Tour to be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5. The history and influence of rail service in Naperville, including the cultural impact of the railroad on the community, its industry and commerce, art and architecture will be discussed. Tour includes about 14 blocks of walking and steps off from the southwest corner of Burlington Square Park, 307 N. Ellsworth St., Naperville.
