Yes, It's that time of year again! SciTech's 3rd Annual Duck Race, Ice Cream Social and Fundraiser!
This year's event will be held at Splash Country in Aurora, IL. The waterpark opens at 1pm and you can enjoy The Ice Cream Social from 1 pm to 2 pm. Mmmmm Good!
 
  The Ducks will launch at 2pm
at Splash Country " Lazy River"  in Aurora, IL 1st Place wins a $1,000 EE Savings Bond 2nd Place wins a $500 EE Savings Bond 3rd Place wins a $250 EE Savings Bond The next 22 ducks to finish win prizes too!
 
 
Here's how the Duck Race works:
 
     * Every Duck has a unique number that it will wear during the race.
     * When you "buy a duck" you will receive a number that corresponds to the number on your duck.
     * Hold on to your numbers, at the race watch those lil' quackers as they steam toward the finish line! Cheer 'em On!!*
     * You purchase ducks prior to the race online (click on the link below), Over the phone 630-859-3434 ext 218,  at SciTech Museum or at River's Edge Cafe 14 W. Downer Pl. #18  Aurora, Il. for $5 each.
     * "Post time" for the Duck Race will be 2 pm at Splash Country Water Park, "Lazy River" at 195 S. Barnes Road, Aurora, Il.
 
 
There will be lots of winners and a lucky few will be Big Winners! Will it be you?
