Description
New and seasoned supervisors will attain skills for greater worker satisfaction and productivity. This interactive six-part series focuses on "The Role of a Supervisor" including establishing credibility, dealing with problems and delegating effectively; "Communication Skills" including making your point and listening well; "Expectations of Management" including interpreting a basic financial statement and communicating with management concisely and effectively; "Enhancing Employee Performance" including motivating, supporting, disciplining and cultivating your staff; "Hiring for Success" including defining job requirements, identifying candidate strengths and developing interview questions; and "Legal Do's and Don'ts" including recognizing legal issues and taking appropriate referral steps.
