Rasmussen College presents: Week Of The Young Child "early years are learning years" - Encouraging Health and Fitness
Join us for these free events at the Aurora Campus:
Monday, April 12th @ 6 p.m.
Family Yoga: A fun, one-hour yoga session for parents and children, to promote flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.
Tuesday, April 13th @ 6 p.m.
Healthy Eating: Join our guest speaker, Melissa Gash RD, LDN and Clinical Nutrition Manager with Provena Mercy Medical Center, to learn helpful tips, recipes and snacks that will keep your young children healthy and happy.
Thursday, April 15th @ 1 p.m. & 6 p.m.
Story Time: Sit back, relax and listen aloud to some of our favorite children?s books. Parents are also encouraged to bring their old children?s books to swap for ones we collected during our WOYC Book Drive.
