In this introductory session on all things digital media-related, you’ll get a deep-dive on the current online and mobile landscape, how shoppers are using and responding to digital media, and learn the basic techniques and key items that should be on your “digital strategy action plan”. This program will offer tips and advice on defining your key audience for digital advertising, as well as offer high-level overviews on social media, e-mail marketing, search, and measuring the results of your campaigns.
