Description
Discover the world of bees, butterflies, bats and birds at The Growing Place in Aurora on Montgomery Road on Saturday, August 3. The festival celebrating all things with wings returns with special guests from Midwest Groundcovers, Monarch Watch and S.O.A.R. – Saving Our Avian Resources. Kids can make their own butterfly, bat or dragonfly wings and march in the second annual Winging It Parade at 11:30 am. Children and adults will be able to create crafts focused on bugs, birds and butterflies plus visit information stations throughout the day.
