Omar Ramos serves as the Program & Administrative Support Coordinator at Waterford Place Cancer Resource Center, a component of Rush Copley Medical Center located in Aurora. This center offers free services and support to individuals affected by a cancer diagnosis. Omar's responsibilities encompass overseeing program development and managing day-to-day operations for the center.

Omar holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris College and possesses nearly three decades of experience working within the Rush Copley organization. He resides in Aurora with his wife, Ruth, and their four children.

Carolyn Chiovino is the owner of an Express Employment Professionals franchise, a business that provides career path learning tools for associates. The aim of Express is to set associates for success while they work. Express provides over 50 complimentary E-Skill learning modules for their associates and has over 800 franchise offices in the U.S., Canada, South Africa, and Australia. 

Carolyn also serves as a Board member for the Aurora Chamber and lives in the Fox Valley Community, that she proudly serves. Her mantra is to "Leave people better than I found them."

As the Director of Business Development at R.C. Wegman Construction Company, Colette leads client engagement and sales strategy. An alumnus of Illinois State University, Colette received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Communications. In addition to her role at R. C. Wegman, Colette currently serves as Treasure on the Board of Directors for the Chicagoland Association of General Contractors. Colette is passionate about helping others, and volunteers for the Fox Valley Park District. Outside of work Colette enjoys spending her time with her husband and son.

Michael has been a practicing attorney since 1998 representing clients with a wide array of legal needs. In addition to his legal practice, Michael owns two small businesses in Aurora - O'Malley's Pub & Eatery and Spartan House. Michael currently owns and/or manages four commercial buildings and over 40 residential units in Aurora. He is developing a mixed use building in Aurora’s downtown and is part of a development team that will re-purpose the abandoned hospital campus.
