Kerry Rieder-McLaughlin brings almost 20 years of experience in the areas of employment and labor issues to our business clients, having served as former EEO Officer for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority and as a human resources generalist with major corporations and insurance carriers. She assists our small business clients with development of employee handbooks and manuals, preparation of appropriate documentation for personnel files, and provides best practices advice to HR and personnel managers.

For 20+ years, Mr. McLaughlin has represented businesses ranging from startups to national companies in the areas of corporate formation, business succession, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, trademark, and asset protection. He is also a CCR certified Mediator. He has extensive commercial litigation experience and regularly represents businesses in shareholders’ and partners’ disputes, breach of contract claims, employee disputes, trade secrets and noncompete violations, copyright and trademark violations. He has successfully handled multimillion dollar cases before a wide range of federal, state, and local agencies and courts. Mr. McLaughlin utilizes his trial experience in conjunction with his corporate and estate planning experience to develop asset protection programs for business owners, recognizing the special challenges facing professionals such as physician.

I am part of a third-generation, family-owned business that provides commercial insurance, personal insurance & employee benefits. We have grown the company by building deep relationships with our clients by working to be a trusted advisor rather than a seller of policies.  

As the Director of Business Development at R.C. Wegman Construction Company, Colette leads client engagement and sales strategy. An alumnus of Illinois State University, Colette received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Communications. In addition to her role at R. C. Wegman, Colette currently serves as Treasure on the Board of Directors for the Chicagoland Association of General Contractors. Colette is passionate about helping others, and volunteers for the Fox Valley Park District. Outside of work Colette enjoys spending her time with her husband and son.

Chris Cash is a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Infinity, Real Estate Investor and Interior Designer.

Chris utilizes her background in advertising and interior design to help sellers market their homes with creative strategies to sell for top dollar. In addition to serving buyers and sellers in the Fox Valley and West Suburbs, Chris helps people relocate to and from Illinois and invest in vacation/investment homes throughout the globe.

Chris is also a lifetime member of a local WESOS group and President of the board for the Naperville Area Humane Society. She is the founding member of the Real Estate Pet Project.
