Coordinate and implement digital marketing communication to support the development of AV industry related outreach, including distributor, dealer, and end user engagement.

 
 QUALIFICATIONS:          
 Education:      
  • Four-year college degree in related field preferred or equivalent digital marketing work experience
 Experience/skills:       
  • Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or follow direction in a fast-paced environment required, and the ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms
  • Experience developing creative and engaging email and social media marketing content
  • Experience with email marketing tools
    • Experience with iContact is a plus
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce
  • Expertise with PC software including Microsoft Office required 
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems (DAM)
    • Experience with Widen is a plus
 ESSENTIAL RESULTS:
  • Email Marketing
    • Manage and develop comprehensive email marketing program to existing database supporting overarching sales and marketing strategies
    • Maintain and socialize email marketing calendar
    • Build all emails in iContact
    • Continuously curating lists and gathering new leads to nurture in collaboration with the Sales Operation Manager
    • Regularly report on key email KPIs and progress toward goals, as well as improvements or testing
  • Create compelling and well written copy within the Peerless-AV brand voice to represent the brand on social media, email, and other digital marketing tactics as appropriate in coordination with Senior Marketing Manager
  • Create branded graphics via Canva using Peerless-AV brand standards for social media, email, and other digital marketing tactics
  • Social Media
    • Plan and create unpaid social content and campaigns supporting overarching integrated department campaigns
    • Maintain and grow the organic social media presence for Peerless-AV brands on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Vimeo
    • Schedule social media posts on Hootsuite
    • Identify trends through engagement and research on social platforms, applying key learnings to optimizing digital campaigns
    • Regularly engage with followers and partners using Peerless-AV’s brand voice in collaboration with customer care team
    • Regularly report on unpaid social media metrics and findings
  • Manage and organize the digital asset management system (DAM), Widen, maintaining up to date content, creating collections, approving user requests, coordinating internal trainings, and being available to share digital assets as needed
  • Act as marketing liaison for our Etail integration platform ensuring marketing assets are comprehensive and up to date
  • Manage the approval process for product information sheets coordinating with product management  
  • Other duties as assigned 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • This position is eligible for participation in Peerless-AV’s hybrid work program
