Staff is responsible for reviewing IM+CANS and providing feedback to authors. Provide leadership and guidance for staff in the interpretation of Rule 132. Track QI data and complete timely reports. Track Quality in programs and ensure that all aspects of each service comply with all applicable Federal, State, and accreditation standards.
The Behavioral Health Outpatient Counselor is responsible for the provision of counseling and case management services to a caseload of clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness. Counselors are expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency.
Key contributor to the Behavioral Health team and the agency as a whole.
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- LCPC or LCSW required
- At least 4 years of experience in behavioral health required
