Event Description Entry-level employees have a lack of experience and limited references, this makes hiring entry-level employees very difficult. By identifying what is important to your company and putting the correct guidelines into place, you can hire a roster of new employees that will grow with your company. • Learn to showcase your company, not the position • Identify questions that will help you find the qualities and experiences you want, outside of a traditional work environment • Establish an on board training plan to ease entry-level employees into the working world 1.5 SHRM CPDs are available for those attending the session.
