The Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce is delighted to offer FREE Educational Business Seminars this holiday season. Join us in our special edition of In The Know Lunch & Learn: Navigating Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLFAW). Lunch and refreshments will be served.
On January 1, 2023, the Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLFAW) becomes effective and virtually every employer in the state of Illinois will be required to give up to forty hours of paid leave to their employees. The PFLAW makes Illinois the third state to pass a law mandating paid leave for employees for any reason without notice.
Join Attorney Julie Proscia for this informative presentation. She will address questions about how these changes will significantly impact how you conduct business. Additionally, she will help you develop a game plan to implement these changes into your current policies and procedures.
