SUPER-Worker to SUPERVISOR: the Renowned Emerging Leaders Institute Rebranded with the Same Exceptional Offerings
The Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Waubonsee Community College, is proud to offer the rebranded workshop series, Super-Worker to Supervisor, formerly known as the Emerging Leaders Institute. This series is exclusively designed for new managers and entrepreneurs, focusing on the transition from being an outstanding team performer to an effective leader.
This program highlights the importance of leadership communication and soft skills essential for motivating and guiding others towards shared objectives. The keystone of leadership, 'What you say and how you say it,' is the foundation of this program and the key to your success.
Enhanced Learning Experience
Facilitated by Dr. William A. "Bill" Marzano, a retired Waubonsee Community College administrator with experience as a college university professor and Human Resources executive, this series is a mix of dynamic and interactive learning modalities. Learning activities will include a mix of lecture, discussion, case studies, simulations, role-plays and small group work, designed to instill essential management skills and strategies.
