Regina Rogers, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois and has been passionate about mental health counseling since her graduate studies at University of WI-Madison where she earned her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. She is the founder and clinical director for Compassionate Edge, which was established to provide culturally responsive psychotherapy services in Aurora. For over 17 years, Regina has worked as a therapist providing therapy to college students and adults from diverse backgrounds who struggle with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, and academic stress. Additionally, she supervises master level counseling students to prepare them for future work as therapists. 

Carolyn Chiovino is the owner of an Express Employment Professionals franchise, a business that provides career path learning tools for associates. The aim of Express is to set associates for success while they work. Express provides over 50 complimentary E-Skill learning modules for their associates and has over 800 franchise offices in the U.S., Canada, South Africa, and Australia. 

Carolyn also serves as a Board member for the Aurora Chamber and lives in the Fox Valley Community, that she proudly serves. Her mantra is to "Leave people better than I found them."
