About Us

Painters District Council No. 30 (PDC 30) is a union construction trade organization representing painters, drywall finishers, and glaziers since 1925. PDC 30 is made up of nine Local Unions, spanning 29 counties in North-Central Illinois and 3 counties in southern Wisconsin. We are one of 34 District Councils across the United States and Canada that, together, make up International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT). Together, our members achieve a powerful voice in bargaining for wages, benefits, and working conditions – in government and within their communities.
