HaloHeat is a rapidly growing, touchless wellness studio specializing in infrared sauna, halotherapy (salt therapy), and other cutting-edge modalities to support overall health and relaxation. Our small, entrepreneurial team is passionate about inspiring clients to explore new wellness experiences—and we’re looking for dedicated Studio Associates to join us on this journey.
Position Overview
As a Studio Associate, you’ll be the face of HaloHeat—welcoming guests, guiding them through their sessions, and ensuring every visit feels exceptional. Whether you join us full-time or part-time, you’ll have opportunities to learn, grow, and advance quickly within our studio. You’ll work collaboratively to maintain our high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience:
- Greet clients warmly and provide an overview of their session modalities (sauna, halotherapy, etc.).
- Inspire and educate guests on new therapies to support their wellness goals.
- Anticipate and address guest needs intuitively for a seamless experience.

Studio Operations:
- Maintain impeccable studio cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and sanitization protocols.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Support and complete other duties and asks as assigned.

Team Collaboration & Growth:
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset—share creative ideas, take initiative, and drive small-team success.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and opportunities for upward mobility.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in wellness, customer service, or hospitality a plus
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (spa, fitness, hospitality, retail, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout a shift; able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to Aurora, IL studio location
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
