Community Mental Health Clinic in Central Kane County looking for experienced fully licensed Clinical Manager.

TriCity Family Services, a private not-for-profit community mental health center, is seeking a Fully Licensed Clinical Manager to manage utilization review, quality assurance and supervise Clinical Staff. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years post licensure supervisory experience, excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensure in the State of Illinois LCSW/LCPC
• Master’s degree in mental health discipline, plus five years post-degree experience in a mental health setting-preferably Community Mental Health
• Supervisory experience
• Sensitivity to, and respect for, cultural differences
• Sound knowledge of the behavioral dynamics of individuals, groups and Family Systems Theory
• Working knowledge of DSM V-TR
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Performance Requirements

Provides mental health assessments, treatment plans and therapy, assists in training and clinical supervision, assumes responsibility for Quality Assurance reports; Manages the Utilization Review Team; Participates in community presentations; Participates in networking efforts with other area service providers

Education

Master’s degree in a mental health discipline (Required)
